The dine-in or take away options for the breakfast is super useful. Despite the breakfast buffet is super small, you have to chose one main meal for breakfast, which were really good and big portions. It was freezing cold outside but the room (without switching on the non-central heating) was super warm (maybe too hot, I didn’t need to use my super warm pijama!). Location was super good, 5 min walking from the closest subway station, and still relatively close to the center (Odori park). Bed super comfortable and two good pillows (which is rare in Japan). Additional entrance next to a konbini. Staff super friendly.

We were out all day outing & the chambermaid took the trouble to provide us clean towels & bathrobe placed at our door neatly packed. Loved the way they care for their guests.

The location was perfect, easy to travel around Sapporo and close to many restaurants and bars for dinner. The staff were exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to help us with communication and forwarding our luggage to our next destination.

Good location to the downtown. Informative staff. Tidy and clean setting though some of the mattress is not perfectly cleaned but not serious issue.

Everything! I especially liked the system of housekeeping. I could choose when and where I'd like them to clean, and the frequency that I'd like new towels.

Location was not too far from the train station. Amenities were rather bare, but the staff was amiable. I'd stay there again.
